We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, so we offer a 14 day return policy. This 14 day period is counting 14 days from the date that you received your package, per the tracking receipt date.
After 14 days has elapsed since receipt of your purchase, unfortunately we would not be able to offer any refunds or exchanges.
Please note that to be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (this includes the Evie Peeve Jewelry Box and inside cushion. You may keep the Evie Peeve drawstring bag free of charge).
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Customized or personalized products that were made or tailored per your own specifications cannot be returned for exchanges or refunds. This exclusion does not include monogram/initial lettering accessories listed in the shop. For custom accessories we will always send a final photo of your merchandise for approval before physically shipping them to you.
Pertaining to future merchandise and goods that may become available in the shop: we will only accept returns or exchanges for merchandise that have their original tags and that have not been worn. We do not accept returns or exchanges for intimate items that have been worn or that are in a soiled condition. We also do not accept items that are returned with makeup stains and/or items that smell of smoke, perfume or body odor. All returns are subject to inspection and we have the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the return does not meet these requirements.
Additional non-returnable items for current and future merchandise or products:

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please contact us first before sending any item back.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted:
- Merchandise with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com or by using the contact form below.
Only regular priced non-customized or personalized items may be returned for a refund or exchange. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or returned. For on sale items, all sales are final after 24 hours of ordering. However, you may cancel any order within 24 hours after submitting your order. Please contact us to cancel your order if it is within that time frame.
Items are only able to be exchanged if they are received defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or use the below contact form first, so that we can determine the best course of action. In the event that your item(s) is able to be exchanged, your item(s) will need to be shipped to: 4600 Muirwood Circle, Powder Springs, GA 30127.
The purchaser is responsible for paying for the shipping costs associated with the return of any item(s) purchased from Evie Peeve. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is received, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from that refund. Also, purchased item(s) must be received by Evie Peeve before any refund is processed. Package tracking is highly recommended to ensure that there is history of your return being shipped to us.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we highly recommend using not only package tracking, but also having insurance placed on the return item(s) being shipped back to us. We are unfortunately not able to process returns or exchanges for packages that are being returned to us that are lost during shipment.
We do however, reship item(s) that were shipped by Evie Peeve but that were lost by the postal courier. In these cases, we will use the available package tracking details to determine if the package was lost in transit to the purchaser.
Although rare, there might be some times where special circumstances occur where we may see fit to grant special conditions that contradict the above return and refund policy. We reserve the right, as determined by our judgement, to do so without any promises or obligations to the purchaser.
